What do you sell?

We don't sell products ourselves but provide a platform for small to medium enterprises to showcase and sell their AI-in-Healthcare products direct to registered customers.


Do you host only AI-in-Healthcare Products?

Yes, we showcase only AI products, which are focused on healthcare but these products can include those supporting healthcare administration such as billing, record management and customer service management.


Do you host any AI-in-Healthcare Products?

Of course! However, we ensure the products are assessed/curated before they are hosted on our platform. All sellers are required to go through a screening process before their products are accepted.


How to signup as a Seller?

Select ‘Seller Sign Up’ from ‘Sign Up’ menu.

Enter the information on to the fields in the sign up window and click ‘Sign up’. If you already have an account, use the ‘Sign In’ link to login to your account.

An confirmation message will be displayed as below:

Check you email inbox (including Junk or Spam folder) for the mail from "Medi-AI-Mart <contact@medi-ai-mart.com>" and click on ‘Confirm my account’ link.

You will be logged into your Seller account:

Select ‘Logout’ from the menu. You will be taken back to the ‘Login’ Screen. You can either log in or go to other pages.


How to signup as a Buyer?

Select ‘Buyer Sign Up’ from ‘Sign Up’ menu.

Enter the information on to the fields in the sign up window and click ‘Sign up’. If you already have an account, use the ‘Sign In’ link to login to your account.

How to Add a New Product?

Select ‘Login’ from the menu.

Login as Seller using the account information created in previous steps:

Seller Home Page will be displayed with a list of Seller’s products (if any) – ‘My Products’.

Create New Product using ‘New Product’ button in the Product Search box on the left and the following page will be displayed for Product entry.

Enter the product details and click ‘Next’ to continue.

Ensure you have selected "Is Active" check box, in order for the product to be reviewed by the Medi-AI-Mart Panel administrator.

Product Registration confirmation displayed. Seller can select to go to ‘My Products’ page or ‘X’ button to close the window.

Selecting ‘X’ will take to ‘My Products’ page. Note: Newly registered product will not be displayed here as it has to be approved by Medi-AI-Mart panel administrator.

The registered product has to be approved by the Medi-AI-Mart panel administrator; till then the seller can EDIT and/or DELETE the product via the ‘My Draft Products’ page.

Medi-AI-Mart panel administrator approved products will appear in the ‘My Products’ page.


How to Buy a Product or contact a Seller?

Select ‘Login’ from the menu.

Login as Buyer using the account information created in previous steps:

Buyer Home Page will be displayed – ‘Products’.

Search for products from the product search and/or select a product from the list to via ‘More Info’ button.

Enter the required information into the ‘Contact Seller’ text box and click ‘Submit’.

Confirmation of contact message to Seller displayed. Click ok to continue.

Seller will be contacting the Buyer for further conversation.
